This does not mean your order will be out within 1-2 days (that would require a RUSH ORDER FEE)

I am not accountable for packages. Once it is shipped out I am not held accountable for lost, stolen or missing packages. All orders are provided with tracking numbers. I can only see what you see when tracking your items. I have no control over USPS, FEDEX or UPS. Although I will do my very best to help you in anyway I can.
If you would like to purchase insurance for your order please let me know and I can set that up for you to purchase with your order. NOTE: Priority mail packages are have insurance included up to $100 additional may be purchased if desired. Insurance for 1st class packages are not included but can be purchased

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
I MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE
My policy lasts 7 days from the date received. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund (if applicable) or exchange. Not all items are eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will personally send you a message via Etsy that I will be processing your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In some cases a 25% restocking fee my apply.
Exchanges (IF APPLICABLE)
I only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if an error has been made. Photos are required if the item came defective, damaged or was an error. If you need to exchange it for a different size send message to me via ETSY for further instructions.
RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note that custom orders are FINAL SALE. Changing an order from it's original listing no matter how little or small it is would be considered custom. Meaning text, text color, item color or shirt style.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
